Ongoing Issue with Purchase Event Tracking

Dear Facebook for WooCommerce Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am creating a new ticket regarding the ongoing issue with Purchase event tracking that I have previously raised in multiple emails (3-4 times), but I have not received any response yet.
As per your suggestion, I have uninstalled the Pixel Cat Lite plugin, and I have also sent you the website stats as requested. Despite following all your instructions, the problem still persists, and I am facing discrepancies in the tracking of purchases.
To provide further clarity, I have already shared screenshots of both the Meta Ads Manager and WooCommerce eStore. The website shows 5 sales, with 1 direct and 2-3 coming from Google paid ads, but only 2 sales are recorded as coming from Meta ads, which were generated through the “founder video” ad. However, Meta Ads is still showing 5 purchases for this single ad, which is incorrect.

Since I have not received any response on my earlier tickets, I am submitting this new ticket to request urgent resolution of this issue. Could you please confirm if there is anything more I need to do, or if the problem can be resolved from your end?
This issue is directly impacting my ad performance, and I would really appreciate your prompt response.
