online and in-person appointments when booking a package in WPAmelia?

I’m using WPAmelia with a single employee and have a question regarding the management of service packages. I have set up different packages that include booking options, and I would like to offer my clients the ability to choose between an in-person appointment or an online one (for example, via Google Meet).
However, I’ve noticed that Amelia automatically sends the online session link to all bookings, regardless of the client’s preference. This is problematic because some users prefer in-person appointments and do not need or want to receive the online meeting link.
I would like to know if there is a way to configure or customize WPAmelia’s emails and notifications so that:
- If the client selects “online appointment”: They receive the Meet link in the confirmation email.
- If the client chooses “in-person appointment”: The Meet link is not included in the confirmation email.
I have reviewed the documentation and configuration options but haven’t found a way to differentiate notifications based on the selection within a package. Has anyone managed to implement this functionality or knows of an alternative solution so that in-person bookings do not automatically receive the Meet link?
