Online Backup for WordPress is forcing to reinstall wordpress

  • I manually tried to backup “Online Backup for WordPress” and it after the whole process completion asking me to install WordPress “Welcome to the famous five minute WordPress installation process! ”

    I am not getting the traces of the files from web side.

    Please help how I can restore the previous settings without hurting my files and settings.
