    Because of the new regulations for online marketplaces in Europe are we looking for another solution to pay our sellers? We are using the Dokan multivendor app. Is it possible that buyers funding their wallet through the checkout page, with every payment option that we provide through the PSP that we using? What happens when a buyer wants a refund and wants the money in their bank account? How can we payout a seller after he shipped the item? What about the commission for admin? Do seller also need a wallet to transfer the money to? How can seller transfer the money from his wallet to his bank account? Is there a solution that buyer pay for a product that the money directly goes to buyers wallet minus admin commission? We are using categories wise commission not global commission is this also working with the wallet?

    Thanks for reaching out to our support forum. Coming to your point this plugin support dokan multivendor marketplace plugin. With this plugin vendor can set there withdrawal method as wallet. Regarding buyers funding, yes customer can recharge there wallet with any amount and with any payment gateway available in your site. This plugin too support refund. When you refund to your customers via wallet then refunded amount will go to there wallet but withdrawal to there bank account is not available at this version we are working on withdrawal module. In our plugin every user in your site have one wallet so no need to create a separate wallet for sellers you can just pay your vendor commission from wallet page in admin area. Regarding category wise commission! Vendor commission calculation is not related to this plugin.

    So category wise commission is not working with this plugin?
    At what time is it possible that seller and buyer can withdrawal van the wallet?

    Category wise commission will work fine with this plugin.

    We will soon publish withdrawal module we will notify you when done.
