Online Points for Offline Sales

  • Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to input offline points into the online system. If this is not available out of the box, what would it cost to do some custom development around the core code?

    I have a lot of sales offline so I want to be able to print a randomly generated unique serial number on a sales receipt so the customer can visit a redemption page (example.com/redeem), login/register, and put in the serial number to claim their points. Preferably, it would be best if the random serial number generator can produce bulk unique numbers that can be exported onto a CSV.

    I haven’t created a feature like this yet, but it is on my to-do list. I am busy working on other features right now, but I will try to release a premium extension for redemption codes in a few months. I will keep you updated on my progress.

    Hi JD, thanks for the quick reply. Would you be interested in paid contractual development for these features? I am looking for a faster solution. I can look for third party devs but would prefer working with the original developer. Thanks!
