Online Radio with WordPress

Is it possible to run online radio with wordpress? Kind of like live365 but on wordpress hosted on your own server?
It would be cool if there was a plugin you could upload your own mp3 files and assign them to play at a specific time and then have it stream. You can place a button in the sidebar to say listen now…
Of course it will all be pre-recorded material but it can stream as if it is live.
Is this possible?
