Online Secure Application

I’ve looked through some of the form builders but I need advice.
I will have possibly three links on my wordpress page.
Each link will bring you to a questionnaire related to that particular link you might click on. Based on ones answers to the questions, you then will be able to fill out a job application.

This is just an example:

Engineer Position
Security Position
Government Position

If someone wants to apply for an engineering position they need to click on the link. Then Answer some questions. Based on how they answer the questions it then leads into an application. Obviously if your not 18 years or older it shouldn’t let you continue to the application process. Thats just an example. But if you finish with answering the questions & application…
You Then submit. Obviously final information will then be sent to the HR Department to review.

But since applicants have sensitive information, it needs to be secure. Obviously the wordpress site will be on a C-panel & SSL Certificate.
I just don’t know what plugin would be good for what I need. Ive looked at SpiceForms, Form Builder etc.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
