    Hello there!
I′m almost ready to purchase the plug-in, I′ve been testing the free version for some time and it is great, but in order to do some automation I believe I will need the pro version.

Let me explain what I want to do:

<strong>Online self check-in</strong>

We want to offer our guests the option to do the check-in online without any human interaction before they arrive, this is the process:

1. The client does the booking.
2. The client confirms the booking and does the payment
3. The client receives an email/sms to do the self-check-in for all the people that will stay in the unit.
3.1 The client will fill out the form with all the mandatory fields. i.e.: The passport photo for each person, the name, etc.
3.2 The client will receive an email informing them that the check-in was successful and that in 30min before the check-in they will receive the key-code to enter the unit.
4. 30 minutes before the check-in time the client will receive the key-code through SMS/Email automatically. (the configuration of the locks with the codes will be another process, no integration is needed)

Can you say me if I can do this with the pro vesion?

    Thank you for your message.
    Yes with Vik Booking you can do all the process. Thanks to the cronjobs you can automatize also SMS and email for your lock. Although, if the lock key number changes for every check-in you should change it manually of course.

    Awesome, many thanks for your answer.
    One more: Could I use for the lock key number the PIN (Generate Pin) that you already have as one of the fields for each client? Is this a unique field?

    Hello,
    Yes, you could use the PIN indeed. It is a unique number for each customer so you should not change any email manually because it is automatically generated by the system and send by email.
