Only 1 category can be selected in first line

Hello, Your plugin is exactly what I needed, I didn’t find another like this.

Only 1 category can be selected in first line :
Départements > 76 Seine Maritime
The second : Départements > 27 Eure isn’t displayed
When I select a category, I’m redirected in home page.
Can you please help me, It would really appreciate it ??
