When i setup logged user and check 2 roles

‘Administrator role’ + ‘Custom Super User role’ for example.

Only administrator see the menu : ‘Custom Super User’ role didn’t see anything

When i check only ‘Custom Super User role’, they see it, but me as administrator, i can’t see it…

Is it a right conflict ? Only one role can be checked ? My PHP ‘max_input_vars’ is 5000.

    Hey @daivernon,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We don’t see that happening on our sites.

Below is a quick demo. Please read the video description to understand what we’ve tested in the screencast.

Can you make sure you’re not getting any errors in your browser console?

If you haven’t yet, you might need to rule out a plugin conflict too. Here are instructions for that.

Also, please verify your max_input_vars is really set to 5000. Here’s how to check.

If you’re still seeing the issue after all of that, can you submit a ticket via our contact form?

That way we can get more details from you and take a closer look.

    Cheers!

I solved my matter by splitting my BIG menu in more littles menu.
Then i display menu A | menu B | menu C in my layout and it’s ok now.

    Parent A
    — A1
    —- A11
    —- A12
    —- A14

    — A2

    —- A22
    —- A24
    —- A25
    — …
    — A9
    Parent B
    — B1
    —- B11
    —- B12
    —- B13
    — B2

    Hey @daivernon,

We appreciate the follow-up. Thanks for sharing your solution with the community.

We’re glad that it’s working now.

    Have a great weekend ??

I have the same problem. If I select two user roles and click save, only one is saved.

    FYI
Seems to be a conflict between this plugin and “Free Downloads WooCommerce” plugin.
As soon as I activate Free Downloads WooCommerce plugin saving stops working. Saved data is not loaded correctly. Only one of all selected roles is marked in the checkboxes.
