    Hello, I am experimenting with the plugin, version 3.2.4. The product detail pages are all created successfully, but only one is displayed. I have tried deleting, then resyncing, etc. Editing each product and saving also brought no luck. Any hints to what might be causing this? Thanks.

    Hey there,

    Just to confirm, when you say only one is displayed, do you mean only one detail page? Or do you mean the same product is showing for each detail page?

    Can you try deactivating your other plugins temporarily to see if that allows the pages to load?

    I am having the same issue. The link is correct but everything defaults back to my first product. I am on the newest version of WP Shopify and WordPress.

    Can you provide me a link to your products page? The site you provided doesn’t seem to work when I paste it in.

    Hi – the issue appears to happen when products with the same title exist … so, in my instance – my shop is a farmers market and multiple vendors have a “product” named “vegetables” … and when I look at a singular product (which in WP has a unique ID and slug) – it just shows the first product.

    Actually – I changed the template by adding ‘connective’ => ‘or’ to the argument

    Hmm thanks for letting me know! I’ll take a closer look this week.

    I currently have the client’s website set to bypass the products page and simply just offer an add to cart button in the meantime since the client can’t have the downtime associated with the broken product detail pages. I tried updating to the latest version but the sync still seems to be having an issue especially with the final stage of syncing orders. The sync always stops there at 0%.

    Let me know if there is a way to display the error without compromising the site.

    Hmm I’m a little confused. Syncing orders is only available in the Pro version, so you shouldn’t be seeing that if you’re on the free version. Which one are you using?

    If you go into the plugin settings and open the Syncing section, do you see something called Selective sync?

    Good News! It starting working all of a sudden. We do have the Pro Version and I recently updated to the latest version. It might have taken some time to propogate but the orders portion started syncing much faster.

    It finished the sync within 1 minute. All the products seem to be linking to the appropriate product instead of defaulting back to same product that they had been before.
