Only 1 user can access the plugin

I originally got another plugin because of this problem but they do not sync comments from my Fb posts to my blog. I want to try this feature out. MY problem is that when I try to access the app it says only one of the other administrators can access it. Without logging in on their account I want access myself. Is there a way to reset this?
