Only 3 Columns

    One client loves so much about Robo Gallery, we are testing it to use on several websites.

    We watched your video and read your answers to others, but still we struggle to give them four columns. We set the number of columns to 4, or 2, or 1… but always 3 columns are displayed.

    The Gallery Size Options work fine for width, align, and padding. But the Thumbs options or Size options do not have any effect. Order By and Columns Count do not work. Custom Ratio works okay.

    We’ve tested this in Twentyseventeen and Storefront. We’ve emptied all caches many times… what are we missing, please?

    It’s really strange. I tried to install gallery for testing right now and changed columns layout without any problems.
    My guess is cache. In our gallery we have cache function. In the case if you enable it your gallery generate cache after publishing. Actually if you make changes in gallery try to turn off / on cache option and reload page with gallery on the front end. Try to reload page with gallery few times to make sure that it’s load fresh content which was generated.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I understand how frustrating it can be to debug something when you cannot personally create the error/issue!

    Unfortunately, I still see the same issues. After seeing your note this morning, I re-tested with both Safari and Chrome on OS X. I toggled the plugin’s cache several times, as well as caches on the server and in my local browsers. The site is on a Linux server.
