Only 3 rates, and not the one I want

    I want to ship exclusively via a specific rate, GLOBALMAIL BUSINESS, but the only rates I can ever get the plugin to calculate, always for the same price, regardless of how big or heavy the product is, are MEDICAL EXPRESS, EXPRESS WORLDWIDE, and EXPRESS EASY.

    How do I get this plugin to give me ALL the possibilities, not just these three, so that I know that I can then restrict it just to GLOBALMAIL BUSINESS and be confident I won’t get the dreaded “there are no shipping methods available” message?

    I request you to make sure these services are available between the source and destination you provided. You can use DHL rate calculator for this.

    If the services are valid, Please turn on the debug mode from the plugin settings page. and check the services returning from API.
