Only 9 Products display in feed

Creating a bing shopping feed using mostly default options only 23 products out of 49 actually show up.
Using filters I can filter out as many products by Id as I want but this will result in even fewer products being shown and doesn’t bring in those that I want. I try altering the dates of products to be newer to try to get them to show on the product feed but this also doesn’t work.
