    Yes. Just do not enable them

    How I got only manual payments to work

    Goto Settings> Payment> set Default Payment Method to Google wallet and check the Client can change payment option. Uncheck all Payment Gateways.

    Then I created a page in wordpress pages with logos, billing address, and other info and put the [wp-invoice] short code where the items belong. Then on the Settings> Business Process> tab select the page from the When viewing an invoice dropdown box.

    The next release will have an option for enabling manual payments for specific invoices.
