Only Admin can make a post with more than one hashtag

  • When I make a post with an Admin User I am able to make many hashtags in a single Activity Post.

    All other roles appear to only be able to make one hashtag per Activity Post. More than one hashtag results in an error when trying to post.

    Any idea what permission might explain this behavior?

    It appears to be controlled by the setting in Options -> Discussion -> Hold a comment in queue if it contains x or more links.

    The number of hashtags allowed per post appears to be x-1.
