Only Admins can access live chat

    We’re testing out a live chat for our site. All users receive the offline message unless the logged in user is a site admin. On update 9.2.1 running WP 5.6 with AAM. No cache or compression plugins are running as this is a staging site.

    Hello @dwhall ,

    This is a known case for the plugin. Offline messages are delivered to the mail address configured on WordPress > Settings > Administration Email Address.

    We might introduce a different approach on this one in the future.
