    Also when I change it to log votes by username and vote it doesn’t show the results just a blank page with today’s date displayed in plain text?

    Are you using a caching plugin?

    Change it to Log by Cookie and IP instead of username if your site is not allowing user to register for an account

    Also, deactivate all plugins and switch to the default twenytwelve theme to see if it works first.

    And lastly what is your site URL?
