Only an administrator can add a user

Just for me to comprehend: you want to give Administrators the possibility to add new users on a subdomain site? So you added a new site, gave an user Administrator capabilities and most importantly changed the network settings to allow Administrators to add new users?

What is the error you’re shown? Are you not shown the “Add new” option?

No, my problem is that on my new site, a person cannot register. It says: Only an administrator can add new users. But I have changed the Network settings to allow new registrations.

The right link for the registration process is: https://www.impaktshopping.com/wp-signup.php. To my knowledge, out of the box WP Multisite does not allow site-per-site registration.
