I opened a thread but I can’t find it. According to gdpr, we should have the option to delete data. Why the plugin supports only anonymization and not deletion?

I don’t have registered users, so I can’t use the WordPress tool for data erase as it demands the user to have an account and login (via the email link). I only care for Woocommerce orders.

    Please help.

  • Yes, we only anonymise the data. Which is absolutely fine, as it can’t be linked to the user and their personal data anymore. We also do this to prevent any technical issues, such as certain integrations with a WooCommerce order (via a external plugin for example). So, the order stays intact, it just can’t be linked to the user anymore.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
