Only apply cropping to product images

    Hi developer

    It would be really really useful if you somehow could make a feature to only apply cropping to product images. I only use this plugin for uploading product so that i can upload the pictures i get from my product supplier directly without editing them. But it also crop stuff like my email header images and everything else that shouldnt be cropped. This means i have to have the plugin deactivated all the time and only activate it when i upload products.

    I wish you could control which thumbnail sizes to perform the Square function to.

    That’s what I was coming to the forum to check on too ??

    I’ve got a 150×150 thumbnail and that’s all I want to apply this to. The rest of the images that the theme set’s up I want to remain unchanged.

    Otherwise a great plugin and very sorely needed! I used to use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jresizr/ but it’s six years out of date now… this one is going on a year soon and I hope the author maintains it!

    Hello all. Sorry for missing so much time. I had a kind of burnout and I stayed a little out ti recharge the batteries.

    I really need to have the square images for WooCommerce products only too or even better to choose which images should become square ones (e.g. woocommerce_thumbnail, woocommerce_single, woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail, shop_catalog, shop_single, shop_thumbnail) and which should remain as they are.

    Do you plan to have this option soon?
    It will be great and I will be very thankful.

    Sorry to bump an old topic, but just a quick +1 to being able to select specific thumbnail sizes (or entire images) that don’t need to be made square as a feature! ??

    Right now I can de-activate the plugin and choose regenerate the thumbnails for images that don’t need to be square (in my case, brand logos) but being able to flag them to be ignored by the plugin would be ace!
