only blanc page after update

  • I am having the same problem only with a error message when accessing the dashboard. site seems to be working. i do not have the excact error message because i for now removed the plugin. (ya can easily do this by accessing your site through FTP and in the plugin directory remove the captcha folder)

    i would really like a fix for this if this is happening to more then one user. i was using responsive child theme.

    For me it works if you do everything by hand. Download and unpack the new version on your PC, delete the old version on your server and transfer the new one per ftp to your plungin-folder there.

    1)If you have a blank page instead of your site there must be logs on the server or in your site’s root directory – error_log file, it is necessary to check it. Besides, in your wp-config.php file in your site’s root directory you can change

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    for

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    and check if there are any errors on the screen.
    Please send us a screenshot of the errors.

    2) You can deactivate the plugin via ftp or cpanel by renaming the folder with the plugin – With your FTP program or via Сpanel go to wp-content/plugins and rename or remove the folder with the plugin. Please make use of the following information:
