Only can use insert button once

I can only use the insert Crayon code button from the post editor screen once. After inserting a code, if I click the button again, I get the popup prompt, but it only has a white screen – no text boxes, menus, etc.

If I save the post draft, and try again it works one more time, but I have to save a draft every time I want to insert a new line of code.Also the button seems to be aligned a little funny in the edit screen.
