Only creates 4 pages at a time

    I tried to generate a spreadsheet of new pages and it would only generate 4 pages at a time. The only way to use this plugin was to generate the first 4 pages on the spreadsheet and then delete that 4 and resave spreadsheet…rinse and repeat.

    Any ideas what is going wrong here?
