• I’m using this plugin with the Avada Theme, trying to put the form into a popup modal. However when I put the shortcode into the modal, it’s blank with the exception of one, lone “Required*”

    1) I put the link to my Google Form in, along with a title: https://i.imgur.com/6wP6Hjo.jpg

    2) I put the shortcode into the modal content area: https://i.imgur.com/wxz7Saf.jpg

    3) Blank modal with one “Required” message: https://i.imgur.com/8lvl8lO.jpg

Is this modal not compatible with Avada? Am I missing something?

ETA: I am using the downgraded version of Google Forms, btw, so that’s definitely not the issue!

I took a look into the source code, and all of the code for the Google form is on the page. But all that’s displaying is the highlighted portion: https://i.imgur.com/TLBCaLv.jpg

The topic of putting the form in a popup of some sort comes up periodically. I don’t recommend doing this (see this thread) because there is a lot of interaction which needs to happen for it all to work and adding in an AJAX popup complicates the problem.

As you can see in that thread I linked to, another user did get it to work and I myself had very intermittent results.
