Only Displaying Shortcode

Hey Guys,
On https://www.southwestsmiles.ca/our_practice/ you’ll notice the plugin is only displaying the shortcode and not the actual reviews. I do have the correct API and can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
