Only displays reviews in admin

Hi – we are having problems displaying the review for non-logged in users.
When a user enters a review and submits – it does not display on reviews, However if you log in as admin you can see the review.? We have approved the review and updated the page and still does not display for users only admin. We would be pleased if you could help us on our new website. One strange thing we have noticed it does appear much later but we are not sure of how long it takes..?…but its not immediate even if you set to no approve required. Please go ahead and test it on our site.
