  • Hi @lele-waldsee,

It’s possible your settings are limiting how many events display.

Could you please check the following in Events > Settings > Display:

Month view events per day: Is it set to a low number?
Number of events to show per page: Is this limiting the events on the list view?

    We hope this information helps.

Thanks for the fast reply! But your advice didnt help.

I added 20 for the month september. but only 4 are shown in this month. I changed nothing, also not the limitations. it is just happening since two months.

    Hi @lele-waldsee

Upon checking, I only see 5 events to your calendar both in month and list view.

    See- https://share.zight.com/JruEEXmD

Could you please provide us with the page URL of any upcoming events that are not displaying on the calendar? We would like to investigate this matter further from our end.

    Hi @lele-waldsee ,

Thank you for your message and the information. It looks like the events in questions are redirecting to a 404 page. As such, I recommend going through our Fixing HTTP 404 errors knowledgebase article.

    Hello everyone,

I have a very similar problem. I have created some new events in June (as I have always done), but these new events are not displayed in the calendar overview or in the sidebar widget. When I follow the link for the event (https://hdro-guide.de/event/foerster-handwerksereignis-5/) I only get an error message.
The permalinks have already been flushed, I have also deleted all cashes, unfortunately without success.

In the meantime, I’m pretty clueless and haven’t got any further with the help pages listed here.
The events that I created in January are displayed without any problems.

I would be really grateful for your help.

    Hi @artphilia ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the versions of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version

    Hi again,
I seem to have solved my problem on my own. I had installed the Yoast plugin a few months ago. This may have caused problems, but I can’t say for sure. I deactivated it today and then recreated all the events created in June. Only the editing did not work. The events were only displayed after they were created again. In the end, even though I reactivated Yoast. Very strange, but I’m just glad that all events are displayed again.

PS: My wordpress is up to date as are all my plugins. PHP version on my server is 8.+

Hi! One more question: Are you going to fix that? Because now i have to publish every event twice, which costs too much time of course.

    Hi @lele-waldsee

To confirm, are you creating the event from the wp-admin dashboard directly or are you creating it through a custom snippet or a third-party plugin? If you’re creating it directly from your dashboard, then there could be an issue that needs to be resolved.

Could you try replicating the error again? If it persists, please try the recommendation provided in our knowledgebase article Fixing HTTP 404 errors, and see if it helps.

    Hi there,

I hope everything is going smoothly for you. I just wanted to touch base and inquire if you had the opportunity to review my previous response as it has been some time since we last heard from you.

Hi! I create it directly from the backend of wordpress. Yes, it happens all the time and it get real published, when i double publish it. But next time, i have to publish it again twice. Conclousio: the Fixing HTTP 404 error works, but I have to do it every time i enter an event.

Therefore my question: are you going to fix it?
