Only half of the products on WooCommerce appear in FB catalogue

Depite having over 2000 products in WooCommerce, only half of them are actually in the Facebook catalogue after syncing. I have looked up the issues in Catalogue Manager and it says many of the unsynced products are missing the “Google-Product-Category”. However, all products were entered using the same data so why does this only affect half? I found a “Google-Product-Category” field in the sync settings in WooCommerce but the product options are very limited and it won’t save anyway. How do I fix this so all the online store products are in the Facebook catalogue?
