Only inserts product variants and not main ones.

  • The CSV file generated by the plugin, for products that have variants, includes only the fields related to the variants and not those of the main product. I would like to understand why.

    @mpgwordpress It depends on how you added those fields to your products. Can you please explain the issue with some screenshots?

    Sorry, I can’t find the command to embed screenshot images in this form. I explain the problem better.

    I have products that contain variations of the main product. The CSV file that is generated does NOT contain the data of the main product but only the data of its variants.

    For example I have a main product and its variants with the following IDs:
    100 – Main product
    101 – Variant 1
    102 – Variant 2

    The CSV file that is generated contains the following IDs:

    101 – Variant 1
    102 – Variant 2

    DOES NOT contain ID 100 (Main Product).

    I have the basic version of the plungin.
    I don’t see fields or options where you can choose the main Product or its Variants.
