Only Left Menu Showing in Customizing Theme Window

I have a simple “place-holder” website up at yourmoneyline.com. I went in today to add additional pages and I can’t customize the theme. When I click Customize (either from the homepage or through the Appearances menu) it shows the left customizing menu, but the web page itself isn’t showing up. It’s just a grey screen. I read that it can be a conflict with plugins, but the only active plugins on the site are Limit Login Attempts and Contact Form 7. I’ve deactivated both and tried again but it didn’t make a difference.
I’d love any help I can get!
