Support did initially respond to you. Your “problem” is described in Startup Guide and FAQ how to add a new language. Once a new language is added, you are offered to send an automatic e-mail to the authors, and the new language usually gets added to the list of preconfigured languages on the next update.

Support will not respond to your messages anymore, because you threatened us to give as many bad reviews as you can, which is outrageously not acceptable.

If you still wish to help, add persian language and confirm sending us the auto-email. Then persian will be added to the list of predefined languages. I cannot do it for you, because I have not had a chance to learn persian yet. Only you or a persian developer, which you hire, can do it.

I am not expecting you to translate my site, I already translated my website. All I need to do is adding an Iranian flag on top of my website, so my visitors can change the language to the persian.

Unfortunately, I cannot send you request for adding persian language, because there is no Iranian flag listed on your plugin. That’s why I asked you to add a Iranian flag via email twice, and you didn’t responde.

If you add an iranian flag to add new language section, and tell me the name of the icon(?.png), I will remove this rating, and give 5 star rating instead.

As you could figure out from https://make.www.ads-software.com/polyglots/teams/ locale for Persian is fa_IR. Iranian flag is ir.png, as you could look up too. Read Startup Guide and FAQ more attentively for more information if needed.
