Only logged in users can see answers

I am trying to set the site so that only logged in users can see the answers and comments.
Right now someone not logged in can see everything: https://cancerhope.com/newsite/questions-and-answers/test-question/
I can see in the access control tab of the pro version (2.5.4) that I can set who views questions and who can answer questions but not who can view answers. Am I missing something?
