Only main product is added to cart

Hi there,

I’ve installed your plug-in and got your shortcode working dynamically on my site, see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54254145/insert-woocommerce-product-id-dynamically-in-shortcode

The bundles show up fine, see https://pedicuremotoren.nl/unitedk/promed-625/. However, when I click add to cart, only the main product gets added.

Could you have a look?
