I’m using WooThemes Canvas.
This plugin instantly and painlessly minified and combined all my JS and CSS, making page loads MUCH faster.
I combined it with the Lite Cache plugin, the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, and the HTML5 boilerplate browser-caching code for htaccess.
The overall result is a MUCH faster page-load time. Extremely pleased.
