Only newly posted posts give 404 error (Custom post types)

I’m using custom post type on my showcase site. I tested and prepared my site on local host. It was working fine here. I transferred it to live server. It worked on live correctly for existing posts.

Problem occurred when I started posting new posts. They get posted correctly. But when I click new post to see the whole post, it gives “Error 404 – Not Found”. Older posts still works correctly.

I’m using custom permalinks like https://mysite.com/post-slug/ for custom post types. I flushed the rewrite rules but it didn’t work.

Any clues?
