Only one category in the H1

  • Hi,
    In the file “single.php”, when a topic is under more than a category, i have all categories diplayed in the headline (for exemple: <h1>Cinema, celebrities, movies</h1>.
    I want to show only one of the categories (anyone, it’s not important), but only one. I founded this <?php the_category(‘, ‘) ?>, but i don’t know, how to configure it.
