Only one component of the combo product was added to the cart

Hi,
We have a shop with combo products (free plugin). We sold approximately 100 combo products without any issue.
So far, there have been two cases where the customer has bought a combo product consisting of two other products, but only one of them has been put in the basket, on the invoice, etc.
I can not reproduce the problem.
