Only one field appearing on file import.

Thanks for the plugin. Looking forward to using it.

I’m trying to use this for a larger database with 98 fields, and, after successfully adding all the field titles, I’m unable to import the corresponding .csv file because I’m only seeing one field to import. Everything else seems to look/work fine. I was able to import that single field “private id”, and as expected nothing else came in.

Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong here?
