Only one Flexible Shipping method shown in Checkout

Yes, all methods are in the same Shipping Zone. The rules are the same for all 4 methods – free shipping for all orders from 50 eur and fixed rate for all orders below 50 eur. This problem appeared 1 week ago (when I wrote the question initially), then I disabled all the methods one-by-one, enabled them again and the full list showed up in the Checkout. So I was happy. But today I noticed again that the same problem occured – only 2 of the 4 are available again in the Checkout.

Could you, please, help me sort out what the problem is?

Please add a screenshot showing your configuration of the shipping methods. It will be easier for us to check if your configuration is correct. Are you using weight based shipping? Do all of your products have weight parameter set?
