Hi,
I have an eCommerce site with WooCommerce and the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin syncing the products to the Facebook page.

The products are beds which have multiple variants and different levels. for example we have size (single or double) and set (mattress only or base and mattress)

The Facebook catalogue shows all variants, but in the shop view it only shows the set.

A simple example is the product on the site has 9 variants https://capetown.discountbeds.co.za/product/budget-spring/

yet on Facebook only 3.https://www.facebook.com/commerce/products/6884004504973501?ref=mini_shop_product_details&referral_code=mini_shop_page_card_cta

Hi @donovanmediaholic,

Could you please share a screenshot of the edit page of that product in WooCommerce? We want to take a look at the entire screen, with the Facebook tab open on the product details box.

Feel free to send us more than one screenshot if not everything fit into a single one.

Also, have you tried to perform a manual sync at Marketing > Facebook > Product sync?

I have tried a manual sync. I also tried the new style feed generation.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots!

We also will need to see a screenshot with the Facebook tab open instead of the Inventory tab. See this screenshot to understand better: https://d.pr/i/MHWJmx.

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Ugh, I played with some of those settings and it worked.

I think this matter can be closed. Hopefully if anyone else has this they can check those settings first.
