    Hello,

    i have very strange issue that maybe can be bug in latest WooCommerce version.

    Summary:

    – first to explain, i was using WP SMTP plugins (couple of them) with hosting smtp settings and sendgrid settings, no difference in problem. Even i try everything with classic phpmailer, same issue again.

    – When visitor buy product, email “Customer invoice / Order details” has NOT been sent automatically

    – In moment of buying product, auto email “New order” to store has been sent without any problem

    – If I go manually over ADMIN / WOOCOMMERCE / ORDERS / SINGLE ORDER and select from other actions “Email customer invoice/order details”, email has been SUCCESSFULY sent

    Conclusion:
    – in moment of accepted order, auto email to customer is not sent
    – in moment of accepted order, auto email to shop has been sent
    – manual re-sending invoice/order datails is working

    Please help, i run out of ideas how to fix.

    Hi @ogitive,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Please make sure you have a backup in place of your site and database. You could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site to the previous state.
