    Could you please share with me complete live-log of backup and restore process?
    You can get backup logs simply at your backups list on the website.

    For restoration you may need to run it again unless you saved it earlier.
    These logs are prepared to be shared publicly and does not contain any sensitive details about your website.

    Please, use https://pastebin.com for it as large logs are not appreciated on this forum.

    Also, have you modified any settings of the backup process?
    – Do you know if your new website uses different MySQL version?

    Such issue may happen when your new database does not recognize some charset used on your source website, it can be easily resolved but it requires to modify backup file.
