Only partially works, slowwww support

I was hoping to use this plugin to go live with a client but am unable to because I require this feature.

Support team responded after 2+ weeks saying they’ll fix it in the “next version” with no indication of when that will be… Once fixed, I’d be more than glad to update my review, but until then, this plugin has bugs that make it unfit for my client’s needs.
