    Hello,

I downloaded your plug in and it works great. However, it only gets cost of pre-paid satchels which is different if parcels are send based on their weight and dimensions. In addition, it shows costs that is less then it should be. For example, parcels under 500g costs $8.25 if sent using small pre-paid satchel, but using your plug in, price displays as $8.20. The costs of sending a box under 500g anywhere in Australia is $7.45. Can you please let me if these 2 issues can be fixed?

    Thanks
    Amelia

    Hello Amelia,

Which version of the plugin are you using? The free version doesn’t have the prepaid satchels feature? Only the Pro version supports the prepaid satchels.

    Hi Sanjer,

I am using free version and it shows prepaid satchel rates. For example, parcels under 500g should have $7.45 postage but it shows $8.20.

    Thanks

    Hello Amelia,

I tested the item on my website and it shows a $7.45 not $8.2

make sure that your woocommerce weight unit matches the product weight. You might need to enter the weight 0.02 not 20 if the unit is kg.

    Hi Senjer,

I now changed weight for all products to be in kg.

I then emptied my catche, closed my browser and re-opened it again (I used Mac laptop and Chrome), I then deleted plug in and re-installed it again.

I tried to order different products under 500g on both my laptop and my phone but I am not getting $7.45, I can see Parcel Post $8.20 and Express Post $11.22.

You can see yourself if you order products on my website.

All individual items except for Snack Packs are under 500g.

Is there is anything that I am doing wrong on my end?

    Thanks

    Hello Amelia,

Can you please try the following?

1- Go to “WooCommerce” => “System Status” => “Tools” then click on “Clear Transients”.

This should clear the cached shipping rates, if that didn’t work, at the same page, try to enable the “Shipping debugging mode”.

    Best Regards,
    Waseem

    Hi Waseem,

It was different problem that we solved, but thanks so much for your time!

We needed to add Australia to “Zero Rate” Class in Tax Rates. It was adding GST on the top of the price.

    Thanks
    Amelia
