If I understand you correctly, then

Dashboard>settings>bbp private groups > forum visibility settings and change to visible is what you want.

Almost. When the user clicks on a topic to which he has no access he is redirected. I wondered if there is a way that the user from an unauthorized group can only read this topic and doesnt get redirected.

    Thank you for your reply

    ok, so be able
    a) to read the topic but not any replies, or
    b) be able to read the topic and replies, but not answer them?

    its answer b)

sorry for my misleading words. wrong language for me ??

but yes, the unauthorized groups should be able to see topics and replies but not be able to answer them.

ok, sorry to keep asking questions, but

Is your forum just private forums or are there public ones.

in other words does a user need to

    a. be able to answer topics in public forums, but only see in private forums or
    b) only see answers in any forums?

different forums are planned. some of them are supposed to be “read only” for all users except mods and admins, other forums are open for all logged in users AND here the tricky part:

we want to have forums where only member of specific groups (example: students of class A can only write and read in FORUM A and students of class B can only write and read in FORUM B) can write AND read.
all other users to only read.

sorry for this mess, but i am just tryin to work with the concept my bosses gave me…

    hmmm…

Ok I’ve wrestled with this before and it needs
    multiple ‘capabilities’ depending on forum.

This is too hard to code, as bbpress has a single set of capabilities which is used throughout code. In essence you’d need to rewrite bbpress rather than just hook to a few areas as my current plugin does.

So sorry this concept is not workable.
