Only Receiving Password Reset Email at Gmail Account

I have been not receiving the password reset email from WordPress on a few (but not all) of our client websites. WordPress says the email was sent, but it never shows up. However, this doesn’t happen when I request it using login/user that is set-up with my Gmail address. I get the email from WordPress without any issues when it is sent to my Gmail address. Not receiving the emails has happened with roughly three to four different users/websites – all in different locations/networks and separate domains/email addresses. I’m not sure why this is happening or how to fix it. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of users who have run into this specific problem. Any help would be great.
