Only returning links if the target has a featured image

    This is weird, not sure how long it’s been true as I don’t routinely search my sites. I have been using Relevanssi very happily for years now on four sites (kiitos Mikko) but now I have a very odd thing with it on one of the sites: when I run a search it is showing the right targets and targets that have a featured image show the featured image and clicking on it gets me to the target but if the target has no featured image all I see is its date, creator (essentially always me!) and the snippet but no working link to the target. Clicking on my name gets me seven posts I created which I suspect is the correct count. The site is a multisite but I am only interested (for now) in indexing the primary site which is what seems to be happening. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin and rebuilt the index: nothing changes this behaviour. The site is currently running WP 6.4.3 with PHP 7.4.33: the same as the other three sites which show their searches correctly. The difference may be that this site is using the Astra theme (v. 4.6.9: the latest) whereas the others run different themes. If so, this must be about recent changes somewhere as the search used to run fine.

    In general, theme is fully responsible for what happens on the search results page. It looks like your theme search results template is missing the post title, which probably has the link. Can you add the post title (with a link) to the search results template?

    Wow, fast response and spot on (of course). For reasons completely lost on me, the Astra theme had greyed out its search results templates. I am rapidly losing faith in Astra but that’s by the by: you have fixed my problem Mikko. Many thanks, Chris
