Only Seeing 9 Posts When Filtering on Admin Side

I am trying to bulk edit somet posts within a specific category under “all posts”. When I’m viewing all (not by category or tag, just all posts) I can see the # of posts based on the screen option I have set (for example, 20). But, when I change to filter by cateogry or tag or anything else, I can only see a max of 9. No matter how many I say to set for the screen option.

It also won’t show you all of the posts if you don’t have it set to the 9 that it will show. So it is set to 30, and only 9 show and it’s not showing enough pages to see them all (it would be correct if there were 30).
